Hi, I need to do a seating plan based on schedule and department. I don;t even know where to start. My floor plan is ready.

floor plan is based by colors.

I need to be able to put how many tech work from 7:45
same thing for tech starting @ 8 and then how many start after 8
I need the employee from the same department and similar shift to work together!

I know it's a big project and that's why I ask your help!!

There's no schedule information in the file (unless I've missed it).
It's a just a coloured floor plan and a list of different desk numbers and departments.

    Where is the schedule information?

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

What is the relevance of the floor plan other than showing the number of desks by color?

You haven't provided enough information for anyone to respond.

Re: seating based on schedule and department

ok lets start from scratch! sorry about that!!!
on the second page I show which station is assigned to which department
each day I need to sit 25 tech in the green section with 3 different shift (7:45, 8:00 and after 8:00) 5 from 7:45, 5 from 8:00 and 10 start after 8:00
5 need to be seated that start at 16:00 but will be seated at same spot as tech that start at 7:45

I need to sit 15 sales and there shift start after 9:30 pm so no need to have something special as per they can only be 1 agent per day as per there department close at 10pm
and same thing for TCI (5 in orange section) 1 person per day per station

ER and offline have fix spot and fix schedule so no need to do an arangment.

I have atached an updated copy of the document
