Copy fields from sheet to sheet only if not empty and only on-demand

Lets say i have entered info on sheet 1 in the following ranges
B1-B5
B11-B15
B21-B25

E1-E5
E11-E15
E21-E25

I would like to have these same values on sheet 2!
However, I would like all the column "B" values listed to be in column "A"
and the column "E" values listed to be in Column "B" on the second sheet
as well as being consecutive without the gaps!

Also, I only want it to copy the data when i tell it to.
Reason for this is I want to be able to sort the 2 columns on sheet 2 and
dont think i could if it auto-updates itself by the info on sheet 1.
Wouldnt it just rechange the info on the page??

One last thing (as if i am not asking enough),
Is it possible to have it skip empty fields??

Is any/all of this possible??

The entries need to be UNIQUE, but I hope you like it.

If you name Sheet1!$B$1:$B$25, the formule will be shorter.
