    Remove #VALUE! Error

    Hi All,

Please see the below formula...when I try to copy it down, I am receiving the #VALUE! error.
Could someone help me with a solution that will hide this?

    Thanks!!!

    =IF(J16="Split Increase",H16-(I16*0.5),IF(J16="Give Back",G16,IF(J16="Roll Back",G16-(G16*0.05),IF(J16="No Change",H16))))

    Remove #VALUE! Error

Without knowing the kinds of values in G16:I16...
A #VALUE! error would typically occur if one of those cells contained text.
Consequently, you could either prevent text from being entered in
those cells or edit your formula to convert text to zeros:

    Does that help?
