    Question ignoring £0 total in cell

    Hi

    I am a excel novice and can't seem to find a solution to this problem, there's most likely a simple solution.

    I want to calculate the total of N - M in L only if N is > £0,
    If I have not got a selling price in N how can I make cell L show blank?
    I have attached a sample of the sheet.
