Vlookup & matching

I have a spreadsheet that looks like this:

RIght now my formula For Cell D2 is

=IF(C2=0,(B2*-$D$8),0)

I need the formula to Match what is in Column A and Also what is in Row 1 to what is in the table (C7:F10)
