    Try:

    =MIN(IF($B$3:$B$24=B28,$A$3:$A$24))

    in A28, copied down

    We tried that formula and it doe not work....
    It gives a VALUE??in the cell A28

    Sorry, you need to confirm the formula with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER instead of just ENTER... it is an array formula.

    NBVC ,

    It doesn't work with the 00 cell
    It works with the rest of the cells butt 00

    Very well, change the formula to:

    =MIN(IF($B$3:$B$24<>"",IF($B$3:$B$24=B28,$A$3:$A$24)))

    confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and copied down
