Build a organized data sheet from another sheet

    Hi,

i get data from database and it places the data automatically in one of the sheets of excel file. Now data looks like as attached(PFA). Now i need to get data from this sheet to say sheet2 in such a way that if i select region_number col as 11 then it should dispaly all the months from jan to dec in the sheet2, not by considering house Numbers. If data for one month is not there then should display 0 over there.

    regards and thanks in advance.

Sry mistakenly i submitted. I didnt complete my Question. So wht functions should i use it as there may be no uniformity in data. eg: for region 11 there may be 120 records but for 15 it may vary from 10 to 120.
    Pls suggest me...

You can do this with either SUMPRODUCT, see

    or SUMIF
