index/match lookup - with If statements

Have A look at the attached

I'm trying to lookup a product off the secound tab and return a date from Column 3 if it is greater than column Q on the Data tab.

The formula looks like it works but then I found a problem because ROW 22 has no date yet product (416) should have 26/03 ?? I have no idea why it is not working

Been battle with this for sometime now.

Any suggestions to get the same output would be appericiated
