excel stock list

Hello,

I am trying to put together a stock sheet. I have 190 bin locations and a large number of products which we put in the different locations.

i intend to have a different s sheet for each product and use the attached format.

I am happy with the stock sheet, the problem I have is with excel calculating bin location balances. we randomly assign bin locations so i cannot put a formula in here.

I want at the top of each sheet a quick reference to the balances at each location we enter, shown on the attached sheet in orange.

Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

There are multiple balances for 5A2. What determines which balance figure is shown?
