How can I "rank" a column of numbers.

I do not want to SORT.
I have a column of scores (say b3:b15).
In column C I wan to put the rank of those scores (lowest to highest)
So the lowest number in Column B would have a Number 1 in Column C and so on.
    How can I do this

    B C
    34 4
    11 1
    15 2
    25 3

    Thanks
    duce
