    Combox Box

    Hello,
I have successfully loaded a combo box lookup in one cell referencing a column in another worksheet. While the drop down is pulling in all the names listed, there are duplicates in the data set. I want the drop down to only pull unique names. Is there a way I can do this and still use the combo box feature. Thank you in advance for anyone posting.

There is no "unique records only" option. Is there any reason you can't eliminate the unique records from your source list? You could create a new column using and advanced filter to remove the duplicates.

You can use pivot table to generate a unique list first. Then make the combo box linked to the new list
I need your support to add reputations if my solution works.

    Thank you

I decided to use a pivot table as a middle step. The pick list for my field is using data validation. Thanks for the feedback.
