Hi,
I hope you would be able to answer my question, I work as a Team Leader in a data entry firm, I would like to know the best way to calculate the productivity of my agents, they process about 150 claims each in 7hours.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.
If you're saying that the normal standard is 150 claims in 7 hours, (i.e. an average of 21.43 claims per hour), then one way is to simply divide the actual claims processed by the number of hours taken and express this result as a percentage of 21.43.
A lot must depend however on how you choose to define productivity. I've simply taken a simple pro rata definition based on a laid down standard. However you might want to factor in the actual productivity achieved over the same period by other agents, and use this as the standard time to calculate a sort of relative productivity.
