Like for example, sum value of any cells in color Red multiplied to the number of quantity.

Like for example, sum value of any cells in color Red multiplied to the number of quantity.
It looks like those colors were added manually? If so, then no, no regular formula will count colors. Shading/color/font etc are cosmetic formatting, not data, and excel formulas work with data.
However, if there is some logic behind how the cells were colored, then all may not be lost, we may be able to create a formula based on that logic
