Converting a Number score to an equivalent Letter score

Ok so I have a test in a couple of hours and I cannot get this formula to work properly. It's a teachers grade sheet of all the students and their grades for each test. What I want to do is have a column that depending on their numerical grade will give me a corresponding letter grade. I know it's an IF function but I can't figure out how to string them together. Can someone please help!!
