Auto Charts with expanding data???

Hi,

I have a large data base in which I need to start producing key outputs... there will be 1000's of graphs and all data will change bi-annually. So firstly I do not have a great deal of experience with customising graphs hence the reason why I am simple asking for somebody to point me in the right direction. Why I am wanting to know is because it will be incredible painful if I had to build each graph individually and if I had to update them twice a year. Specifically I guess I am asking if it is possible to build a graph template that will automatically change the graph title and also expand from year to year that I can apply to all of my output.

This is an example of the data that I will be graphing..... all data will be laid out in the same format.

What will be expanding is the years will keep moving out when the next current year is available it will be entered push both the actual figures and the forecast out.

The company column will also continue to change... no one company will be locked to any particular cell, as new companies are developed and existing companies shut-up-shop.
