Conditional formatting 1 cell

The document I am working on at the moment consists of 11 sheets. 10 of which are results and the 11th is total results. What I am having trouble with is conditional formatting a cell on the total results sheet.

I am concentrating on cell G10 on each of the 10 sheets of results. Each cell will either have 'Yes' or 'No' and I would like to count the number of 'Yes' so that it will give me a % and if it is 100% the cell will turn green, anything lower it will turn red.

=SUM(Sheet1!G10="YES",Sheet2!G10="YES",……,sheet10!G10="yes")/10)

Thanks for that, that works perfectly. I now have another problem, same method applies (I think) These result sheets are split into 6 sections. The formula worked for section 1 because I was only looking at one cell.

Section 2 - G12,G13
Section 3 - G15,G16
Section 4 - G19,G20
Section 5 - G22 (That one is ok)
Section 6 - G24-G29
