Returns value based on value in other cells?

Hi guys

Sorry if the title is a bit ambiguous. I need to adapt the bit formula shown in the attched sheet (J6)to return the sum of the peek week values for each shop as opposed to the sum of the peek week values for all shops which it does at the moment.

Confused? probably easier to understand if you have a look at the attached sheet.

I'm really stuck on this one.

The years in column H will stay the same
The dates in A will vary considerably
the values in columns B-D will vary considerably

Sorry if thats all a bit confusing but the example really should explain things.
