"Average" Formula Help

    G'day Misty,

    Well......they better make there minds up. lol. j/k

    Try this,

    =AVERAGE(IF('Lease POs and Dates'!$F2:$F100="ATFAB",IF('Lease POs and Dates'!$O2:$O100="A",'Lease POs and Dates'!$N2:$N100)))
    After you exit the formula in the formula bar the last step will be CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER. not Enter. This is an array formula.
