Formula to add days in enter date & get pop up when it due.

Dear User,

I want a formula to add 5 days to todays date and show in other cell in date format(dd/mm/yy).

For Eg: In sheet 1 of my file, you will find the heading Reminder 1 & Due Date. In Reminder 1 if i input todays date and i want to add 5 days to Reminder 1 date, after adding 5 days to reminder 1 date, the date which will come it should be shown in Due Date.
