I'd like to compare cell A2 to all cells in columns E and H. If A2's value is found in any cell in the columns E or H, then I'd like to change the font color of A2. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.

=SUMIF(E:H,A2)/COUNTIF(B1:C5,A2)
Though you will need to use conditional formatting:
1- Go to Format > Conditional Formatting
2- Select Formula is from the drop-down menu
3- Paste this formula: =SUMIF(E:H,A2)/COUNTIF(B1:C5,A2)
4- Click on Format and select the desired font color
5- Click OK twice
Hope this helps.
