    SUM Formula to subtract specific value from each cell on range, only if value in cell

    I need a SUM formula that will subtract 60 from each cell in the range before calculating sum. The subtraction of 60 per cell must only happen on cells with a value, not cells marked as empty or zero that are in the range.
