Conditional Round up

I'm trying to come up with a formula (without much success) and was wondering if anyone would have some tips. I would like these conditions in cell T31:

if AAB is > 499 then /Z33 and round up
if AAB is <500 then T31=1

So the results if would be:
if AAB is....then T31 is
10....................1
499..................1
500..................1
501...................2
1000................4
1001.................5
