Linking data between sheets omitting the blank cells.

Thank you my seniors in this forum. This is my first post to this forum, and I hope to get your kind help.

My question is exactly similar to a post, i am linking below, but there is no specific answer where the particular answer is located. If anybody can help me either to give an answer or to redirect me to any particular thread which resolved the issue.
