Fomula to Calculate Multiple Columns with TIED Values

Hi All,

I have attached a sample spreadsheet of what I am trying to achieve. I want to be able to get the lowest value of column F to compare with the highest value of column D (For each Row) and have this output the data in column H using the associated column A data and column I to have the associated column C data. Is this possible?

If so, how can this be done?

If not, is this something that would require Macros??? Or something along those lines?

Sample 1 shows the data output that I am after and sample 2 shows the values that I want in these columns.
