    Pivot Table Formulas

    Hi there,

Is it possible to use standard functions in the pivot table calculated field?

In particular, I am trying to do a percentrank but when I try to write this in the normal way as a calculated field it is trying to recognise percentrank as a field within my data rather than a function.

    Thanks for your help.

    Pivot Table Calculated Field?

    Hi,

Please see the attached pivot table.

One of the page selections is 'Type' which identifies clients and/or prospects in my data.

What I would like to do is show the percentage of clients to total companies, ideally by adding this as an option to 'Type'.

I'd be grateful for your help.

    Many thanks
