I had been using an index and matching method to show a two way lookup problem. All of my cells turned up working fine except two of them where one give me a wrong value and the other one give me a #NA error.

I had tried to get another person to vaildate my formulas and confirmed that the formulas for all the cells are actually the same. So by right there would be no way that the two cells could be in error.

I am wondering what could be the possible reasons for the errors of this two cells when the rest of the 50 plus cells actually works well.
