How can I extract data from a list that meets certain criteria?

From a master list I am picking out certain clients to receive updates. How can I extract only the clients I am trying to reach into another tab. I have tried writing an array formula, but it requires me to return some sort of value if the search criteria is not met. How can I pull over only the values I mark.

FYI One of the columns in the master list is set up so I can enter an "X" in it if that particular client needs to be contacted. I would like to use that column data to decipher who all gets pulled over.

    Thanks in advance!

    Most likely is.

Would you please edit your post to have a title descriptive of your problem?

    Thanks.

    Thank you.

Can you post a workbook with an example of what you have and what you want?

    Sample

Here is an example of what I currently have. What I need is a way to pull over all pertinent client data, ie name and fax # to Tab 2, with out pulling over any NA's or blanks. The formulaI am running in Columns N and O pull over the correct data if there is an X in column M. Now, I only want those two columns to pull over to Tab 2.

You could Autofilter on the same sheet, or AdvancedFilter to another sheet. I don't do much with AdvancedFilter, but other folks here do.
