"IF" Statement - find text within Range

    Hey Guys,

I am having a complete "dummy" attack. I need an "IF" formula that will locate text within a row of cellsand will return a "true/false". Basically a I have a large data set with about 30 columns. If the word "Yes" appears in any of the rows of data, then the arguemnt should equal "YES" in B2.

I have attached a file that should be easier to understand. Thanks in advance!

Judging by the attachment, I guess you are really starting at Row 4, Not Row 2...

    Try:

=IF(COUNTIF(C4:AB4,"Yes"),"YES","") in B4 and copied down
Where there is a will there are many ways.
