Hi All,

I think that I confused people with my last thread. I will try and be clearer this time.

On the attached sheet, I need to calculate how many lines contain all of the following citeria

- under 'AFR NS' for July - I need to count all the audits that took place in the region of 'AFR' (Column B) That have "NO" (Column F) that took place on 30/06/2008 (Column E).

- under 'AFR S' for July - I need to count all the audits that took place in the region of 'AFR' (Column B) That have "YES" (Column F) that took place on 30/06/2008 (Column E).

etc etc etc.

This is for billing - that is why it is filed a month after it was completed. I cannot use an auto update for the dates as they must stay the same.

If you need more info please let me know and I will endeavour to give more info....
