Filtering through successive fields

Hi all,

We have got a problem at work that hopefully someone here might be able to advise on.

We have a list of parts for all our products in excel. In production, each item is composed of various parts, but a part can be put on more than one item.

What we would need is excel to filter once you choose a product to just let you choose on a second field the parts that fit the product, on a third field the parts that fit the product and the part of the second field, and so on... I guess that might not be clear enough (maybe because of my english )

where your choice on 'product type' will condition your choice options on the next field 'product series'
