I have a program that i run reports from and dump into excel.
everyday the report is run with a list of names and sales data.
Although the names do not change they do not always dump into excel because they have not sales data.
My goal is to have the names always correspond with a certain cell so i can simply copy and paste into another workbook.
I have started to create a macro to consolidate and get the the totals i need with each name.
I have gotten as far as putting the totals with the names but i cant figure out how to make person1 always move to A1 and person2 to move to A2. keep in mind person2 may not appear on the list today but could be there tomorrow.
