sumproduct issue

hi,

i need the value to meet 2 conditions before sum up. but now having the error that it is suming on cummulative which is not i want.

pls help and advice wat should i do....

or list your companies to exclude, e.g. in A1:A4, and use

=SUMPRODUCT(--ISNA(MATCH(B5:B23,A1:A4,0)),D5:D23)
