Calculating Overtime

I'm looking to calculate OT wages when they happen vs only at the End of Week totals. ie... if the employee hits 40 hours midshift on a Wed, I want to calculate what the total dollars would be for Wed.... a few hours at regular time plus what ever hours above 40 at time and a half.

I hope that was clear as mud!

Sorry to nickle and dime this.... the new issue is costing in cell N14 and P14... 12 hours x $10 = $80, here it should be calculating at time and a half.

Cell L14 works correctly. Belive me I'm trying to learn from this!!

Dunc..... I can't get the costing to work correctly for cells H14 and J14, althought the Total week calculation is correct.
