Doubts in Formula

Do you need each of those values in their own cells? Or are you just trying to get one of the values, e.g. the number in the middle?

To separate the data into their own cells, use Data --> Text-to-Columns. Select 'Delimited', click 'Next', un-check 'Tab', check 'Other', type | in the box next to 'Other', click Finish.

If you just want the middle value (or the left or the right) a formula can be created to do this (just ask)

This formula would return the middle value between the pipes from text in cell A1 (can be copied to other cells, of course):
