    IF Statement

    Hi All,

I am trying to write a IF statement here but not sure where to go...

    Here is my statement: =IF(G3=Orders!E11,Orders!D11)

How Do I made this statement work so the G3 does not change as I run this formula down the column?

I have two worksheets in a workbook...

    Hi,

    Make it absolute...

    =IF($G$3=Orders!E11,Orders!D11)
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1

If I wanted to add an OR to my statement above how would I do that?

Currently I have =IF($I$2=Orders!E10,Orders!D10,"Please Check Date")
I would also like to say OR IF(Orders!D10 = "0","Complete!")

    Thanks!

can you say, in words, what the whole formula should be?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Yes I want to say:

If value in Column E2 (worksheet 2) matches value in Column E10 (Worksheet 1) then return value in column D10 (Worksheet 1) into cell E4 (Worksheet 2)

OR if value in column D10 (Worksheet 1) is equal to "0" Return "Complete" in cell E4 (worksheet 2).

    Hope this isnt too confusing!

    Thanks!
