    Display Pivot Table Layout

I am trying to display data in a pivot table. Currently when I add a second and third field the table adds a new row. I would like it to add a column instead.

For example, right now it shows the following:

    Executive Data Total
    Alexander Total Budget XXXXX
    Total Spent XXXXXX

I want it to read as follows:

    Executive Budget Spent Total
    Alexander XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXX

I've got to be overlooking something simple, I just can't seem to figure out how to make it work. Any insight would be very appreciated.

    Figured it out...

After spending an hour looking online and then posting this, I realized the answer was as simple as right clicking on "Data" and choosing "Order", and "Move to Column". I knew it was some simple oversight... hopefully this post will help someone else too.
