Formula to pull negative number

Hello!

Could someone please help me with this...

Sheet 1 -- Cell B2 is formatted with a formula and the result turns out to be negative # (-2.)

On Sheet 1, I want to set the parameter if cell B2 is a negative number, it will filter into cell D5. If it is not a negative number, nothing would filter into cell D5.

Could someone give me some information on how to write the formula correctly for this.
