Try:
=TEXT(A2,"hh")&"00-"&TEXT(A2+"1:00"+0,"hh")&"00"
where A2 houses timestamp
Try:
=TEXT(A2,"hh")&"00-"&TEXT(A2+"1:00"+0,"hh")&"00"
where A2 houses timestamp
Where there is a will there are many ways.

This worked. Thanks
How would the formula change if it was simply a number range?
Thanks

There is no such thing as a problem, only a temporary lack of a solution
Couldn't the formula be shortened to =TEXT(A2,"hh")&"00-"&TEXT(A2+1/24,"hh")&"00"?
