I am trying to keep track of overtime hours in a row of cells (one for that particular week and the other for that month). I don't know how to store the data in the monthly column without erasing it as soon as I change the schedule. I'd like it to just keep adding into that cell until the month is over then the month would reset to "" on the fourth thursday 1200am of each month. Ideally then the data would move to a third column labeled yearly and it would just accumilate for the year as the month does ending on the last thursday 1200am of the year.

Any ideas?
