Help!!

I have a workbook, containing multiple worksheets separated weekly. I am trying to have the worksheets link together to continuously add together to get year-to-date totals, on a weekly basis. So, I want the total cell to calculate the week before and the current week. Is there anything I can do to make this happen? Please help. Thank you so much.
