The example is I work 7:00pm to 9:30pm, I’m showing it as 1900 to 2130
That is 2 hours and 30 min.
This is what I have =(J2-I2)/100*1.125
This isn’t working correctly but I don’t know how to calculate it to get the correct answer.

enter as 21:30, 17:35 etc and format the cell that subtracts them as a number with say 2 decimal places and you are on your way...

It calculates 30 min as 30 not 50 (half of an hour)
so the outcome is less.
As Robert says, enter your times in a format excel recognises, i.e. with a colon like 19:00 and 21:30 then formula to give total earned is
=MOD(J2-I2,1)*24*1.175
where 1.175 is hourly rate
