    Offset Data List

    See Attached.

I have a list of names, that are not allowed to be put in alphabetical orders and have a job/duty listed in the cell next to them. I need to be able to search through the list of names, and pull off the duties for the name given.

    Take a look at this

See if this lookup attachment helps you. If you change cell H1 to Jim or Ray the appropriate tasks will be copied down in column H. This is an array formula and must be confirmed with (Control-Shift-Enter) if you make any changes to the ranges in the formula. I have only gone down to row 10 on the lookup and the result.

    Hope this gets you going,

    Dean
