Rank list from top score to low score

I have data listed on sheet 1 that ranks people according to their score(sheet1 j2-51). I want to have sheet 2 show these people by name(sheet 1 a2-51) from top score to low score. I additionally want the scores(sheet 1 h2-51) beside their name on sheet two.

I built a nested function that worked for the first 12, but was too big to do all 50. Any suggestions? Thanks.
