round down a percentage

Just a quick question here.

I have a cell which is formatted to percentage, its set to no deceimal point, so the figure shown will always be a rounded up figure, is it possibale to round down the percentage figure.

ie if total is 41.7% with one deceimal point then it displays 42% with no decimal point

i want 41.7% to display as 41% with no decimal place..

Hope some one can help

The Holy grail is within in my reach..... lol

=rounddown(a1,2)

the percentage is 0.417 so to 2dp is 41%
