counting list options

I am creating a spreedsheet with drop down list and then formulas to count the options. I am tring to find a code that will count 2 different options. The code for one option is =COUNTIFS(E2:E150,M3,D2:D150,L2,G2:G150,O2) but I also want it to count if g2:g150,O5 as well as O2. Any help? And I am using Excel 2007
