Find last but one value in tabel column

HI

I currently using this formula below to find the last value in a table column.

=INDEX(Table8[Last Day
Sick], COUNTA(Table8[Last Day
Sick]), 1)

I can seem to work out how to find the value of the last but one entry.

Any help would be great

Ho do i apply the same to a sumif formula.

=SUMIFS(Table8[Number 
of Days],Table8[Last Day
Sick],">="&C11,Table8[Last Day
Sick],"<="&B11)

Sum column bar the last one
