read off excel produced graph

I'm trying to have excel read off values from a graph generated by it. I've explained further in the attachment. I want Excel to automatically fill in the yellow cells. Any help is appreciated.

Try using the Forecast function.

Thanks for the reply. I tried forecast function, but I think it's mainly for use for linear data. Mine is similar to logarithmic, but not quite.
