How to add months to a certain date?

Hey,

I am calculating durations/run-times and would like to add months to a certain date.

E.g.: Start Time: 08/31/2007
Duration: 18 months

I'd like to create a formula, which gives me 02/31/2009 as result! Unfortunately, I could not find anything in the Helpfunction.

note: February has 28 days...so it will give 2/28/2009 as a result.
