Excel 2007 SP1
Yes it is possible, Home > Conditional Formatting > New Rule, select "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" - See attached - select whatever format you require.

Glad it worked - thanks for the feedback
Ok that worked great, with formatting the row, can I do the same with a duplicate, where it formats the row on the duplicates?
Can you explain a little more what you are trying to do exactly or post a sample?
To post a zipped example, go to “My Documents” or wherever you have your file stored, right-click and “Send to > Compressed file”, then attach this zipped file to your post.

My question is I want another conditional format to format the row if it finds duplicates in column B.
\1
In the picture I duplicated top prox and side prox, I would like those rows to format across, the entire row. So can I use some kind of Match array?
Sorry I'm on a machine that has 2003, my machine at home as 2007.
Can't you just add another rule as before?
If I would have searched first I would have found my answer sorry.
