Looking up values in a table

I tried several things I foud searching the forums and I have a feeling I'm not searching with the right keywords, I have a table that I'm entering data on I need to fill in column f and h and have it goto sheet call list and look at another table that I created and fill in column H with the other module data, I will strip down a sheet I have to show and example.

I couldn't take look at your example, the .zip file could not be opened. On my site you'll find several ways to lookup values from a table, maybe there's one you are looking for ?

I tried your page and I'm missing something,

I have

___F_____G_____ H___
| local |______| 1 |
| local |______| 3 |
| local |______| 7 |
|remote|______| 1 |
|remote|______| 7 |


Then I have another table in the same fashion on another sheet that has the model to fill in column G, but how can I specify for it to look for both values on the same row in the table.

I used the index function to solve my problem.
